RFQ Details

My Car Quest fluorescent drop light failed. I got a new lamp, but that didn't work. The ballast looks like a small transformer or RF choke. The markings on the ballast are "WEZ" "BAL 13WPLD". It is 120 Volt/ 60Hz. The letters "RU" (R backwards) with a trademark are stamped into the frame. The circuit is simple, there is a switch (OK), the ballast, and a bulb(also OK). can you help?
